FORCE MAJEURE

GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.

11.2 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.

11.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver of that right.

11.4 Assignment

Rights and obligations may be assigned with appropriate notice and consent.
